The winery is consented to 15,000T throughput with the average intake of 12,000 – 13,000T and tank capacity for 12.5 million litres.

Dedicated to supporting the growth of New Zealand’s wine industry, Marlborough Vintners is leading the way with their environmental practices. Ensuring their environmental impact is as minimal as resource allows, in 2021 two 750m2 BioFiltro worm farms were built as a natural and regenerative way to process the winery’s wastewater and in 2023 Marlborough Vintners installed their own dam as the next phase of this ongoing project.
